Golf Booking & Play Policies
Online Tee Times
All tee time reservations and cancellations must be made online. You can easily cancel your reservation in the ‘My Reservations’ area of your online profile. If you need assistance with your booking, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Tee times are available for booking six days in advance on the Links Course and twelve days in advance on our other courses. Members enjoy the privilege of reserving tee times up to thirty days in advance. We highly recommend using our app for convenient online bookings. To download the app, click here. Reservations and Check-In Policy
A credit card is required to reserve your tee time when booking online. No charges are made at the time of booking. Payment is only processed on the day of play. Check-in at the golf shop is still required for all players, even if a card is on file. This ensures we can apply any applicable discounts – such as gift cards, coupons, complimentary passes, or junior rates – and confirm your arrival. Guests who do not check in may be considered no-shows.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change. You may cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled tee time with no charge to your credit card. If the course is closed due to weather or uncontrollable circumstances, no charges will apply – but please call ahead to confirm the conditions.
No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your tee time or arrive with fewer players than originally booked, the credit card on file may be charged the full rate for the number of players reserved. No-shows are tracked for members and annual pass holders. If a total of eight individual no-shows are recorded, booking privileges may be temporarily suspended. Club Rentals
For those requiring rental clubs, we encourage you to contact the pro shop in advance to secure your reservation. Please note that our inventory for daily rentals is limited, and without prior reservation, availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
The rental fee for a set of clubs is $55 per round, with a mandatory pre-authorization hold of $1000 required at check-in. Please be aware that we only accept credit cards for this preauthorization; debit cards or cash cannot be processed, and a physical credit card is necessary for the transaction.
Turf Team Priority
Our turf team requires priority access to the course, especially during busy periods and in the mornings, to complete their tasks safely and efficiently. Please yield to them and allow them to work without interruption. Our team is committed to minimizing delays whenever possible, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Do not hit your ball towards the green if the flag has been removed.
Pace of Play & Tee Time Policy
We are committed to providing a smooth and enjoyable golf experience for all players. Please help us maintain pace and course flow by following these policies:
Tee Time Adherence: All players must begin at their assigned tee time. Early or late starts are not permitted without prior approval from the golf shop.
Early Morning Tee Times: Rounds should not be completed in less than 3.5 hours, to allow our maintenance team to perform essential course work.
Regular Play: Target pace is 4 hours and 15 minutes. Groups are expected to maintain pace with the group ahead at all times.
Recommended Tees By Handicap
Black Tees: Handicap under 4
Blue Tees: Handicap under 8
White Tees: Handicap under 24
Red Tees: Handicap 24 and above
Groups that fall out of position and cannot regain their place may be asked to skip holes to help maintain the overall pace of play. Thank you for respecting your fellow golfers, our staff, and the integrity of the course.
