Golf Booking & Play Policies

Booking & Reservations

18 vs. 9 holes: Advance bookings are for 18-hole rates; 9-hole rates are same-day only.

Group size: Up to 12 players online. Larger groups: contact course directly and a deposit may be required.

Credit card on file: Required to hold all reservations; no charge at booking.

Booking windows

Hazelmere, Swan-e-set Resort & Belmont courses: up to 12 days in advance

Swan-e-set Links Course: up to 6 days in advance

Members & Passholders: up to 30 days in advance

Payment & Check-In

Pay at the Golf Shop on the day of play.

Check-in is required so we can apply gift cards/coupons/junior rates and confirm arrival.

Guests who do not check in may be considered no-shows.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancel or adjust player count online via My Reservations at least 24 hours before your tee time to avoid charges.

If the course is closed due to weather or other uncontrollable circumstances, no charges apply (please call to confirm conditions).

No-shows or reduced groups without 24-hour notice may be charged in full to the card on file.

Members/annual pass holders with repeated no-shows may have booking privileges suspended.

Dress Code & Etiquette

Required: collared shirts, tailored golf shorts/pants, golf shoes.

Not permitted: jeans, sweatpants, jogging/athletic shorts, logo T-shirts, tank/halter/muscle tops.

Turf team priority: Yield to maintenance staff; do not hit toward a green if the flag is removed.

Pace of play: Maintain position with the group ahead.

Early morning rounds should not finish in under 3.5 hours.

Groups out of position may be asked to skip holes.

Junior Golf

Ages 10–18: junior rates weekdays anytime, after 12 PM weekends/holidays.

Ages 10–12: must play with an adult golfer.

Exceptions may be approved by management or Hazelmere Academy.

Rentals

Power carts: 19+ with valid driver’s license; waiver required; please call to reserve.

Club rentals: Priced per round; plus $1,000 credit-card pre-authorization at check-in (credit card only; no cash/debit). Limited inventory.

Additional Course Policies

Rain checks: Based on holes played; valid 60 days.

Personal ride-on devices: For safety/liability, personal motorized carts, scooters, or similar devices are not permitted anywhere on WCGG properties.

Non-golfers: Walk-along/ride-along guests not permitted.

Second round same day: 50% off standby play with same-day receipt; cart fees apply.

Alcohol: No outside liquor permitted.
